Windows server 2003 - Network Time issue

I am building this Windows Server 2003 environment which is just upgraded from Windows NT4 Server. I want to have PDC which actually is the upgraded server from NT4 and a BDC which is a fresh install of Windows Server 2003. After installing BDC and everything, I checked using dcdiag.

XXXXXXXXXXXXX is not advertising as a time server

The above is displayed in BDC's dcdiag result. So, I try to fix the issue by googling and get this solution finally.

net stop w32time
w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:peers /syncfromflags:DOMHIER /update
net start w32time
w32tm /resync

Reality

I also listened to this song's cover first and liked it. I happened to hear Richard Sanderson version two or three times but not much of a fan. Last week, I was watching this reality show from KBS, The return of Superman via youtube. In that episode, this song was played as background music for about 15 seconds and felt like listening to it again.

Downtown train by Everything but the girl

HIMYM Finale: It sure is sad and the ending is unexpected.

Anyway, I like this song since I've heard the song's cover. Then Rod Stewart's version. But this tastes different and brings me to a whole new level.
