Ubuntu 9.04 is released recently, on 23rd April to be exact. This time, it releases 3 editions. Netbook remix edition, Server edition and Desktop edition.Netbook remix edition is the one that is newly introduced. It is for the wide range of the most popular netbook machines. It has beentested on Acer Aspire One, Asus eee PC 1000, and Dell Mini 9. The following is an excerpt from Ubuntu News, "Ubuntu Netbook Remix offers an enhanced user experience with more intuitive icons, consistent notifications across applications and numerous design changes that give the product more visual appeal."
I am not sure I'll have the chance to try Ubuntu 9.04. Though if I have the chance, I may write a review about my experience.
